Meet the Team
Ally DePiano and Sara Molina, the duo behind Neighborhood Savings Group, are committed to serving their community. Ally brings with her many years of valuable experience in the energy industry, while Sara possesses a background in marketing and education. Ally and Sara are childhood friends. They grew up in Wilmington, VT. They enjoy working closely with and for their members; people of Vermont, fostering relationships that ultimately benefit the community.
Sara Molina
CO-FOUNDER
Sara's home base is in Wilmington, VT. Sara prefers a warmer climate. To escape the cold, Vermont winters, Sara migrates to Mexico with her family. Sara has also lived in the Galapagos islands and her native country, Spain. In addition to NSG, Sara teaches english and spanish on line to high school students.
Ally DePiano

Ally lives in Stowe, VT with her husband and son. She enjoys skiing in the winter and gardening in the summer.
